George Caceres has spent more than 25 years in entertainment as a producer, executive, and talent developer. His producing credits include the feature film Pop Star (starring Academy Award nominee Eric Roberts and Christian Serratos), the Vocal Star Music Awards, and the Ultimate Performer Awards television specials. He's also the author of Do the Hustle, a career and business guide for performers, and has led talent seminars featuring working actors from Disney, Nickelodeon, and network television.
George founded Ultimate Performer after seeing how hard it is for families to know who to trust at the start. The program is built around a simple idea: young performers deserve honest feedback from professionals with verifiable credits, with parents in the room and no surprises about what comes next.

We built this program the way we'd want it built for our own kids. Parents are on-site for the entire day, every step is explained before it happens, and no one is ever pressured to sign, pay, or decide on the spot. The performers do the performing — the families stay informed, included, and in control.
